Lunar Design LLC handles client inquiries, project materials, and business records for custom design services. This page summarizes the safeguards and operational practices we use to protect that information. It is not a guarantee of perfect security or a certification claim.
We ask for the information needed to respond to inquiries, scope projects, complete design work, deliver files, and maintain business records. We do not ask clients to send unnecessary sensitive information through the website.
This website does not currently accept card payments and the inquiry form rejects card numbers and security codes. If online card payment is activated later, the intended design is a Stripe-hosted page so this website does not receive full card numbers or security codes. Invoices, receipts, and related business records may be retained for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes.
Access to client project information is limited to people and service providers who need it to operate the website, communicate with clients, complete project work, manage files, or maintain business records.
Project files may be shared through email, secure links, or file storage tools. We retain project and administrative records for as long as needed for service delivery, reference, legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes, then delete, archive, or anonymize information when appropriate.
If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information, we will investigate, take reasonable containment steps, and provide notices where required by applicable law.
Clients are responsible for sending only materials they have the right to use, protecting access to shared folders or links, reviewing permissions before sharing credentials, and notifying us promptly if project materials or contact information need to be corrected or removed.
To report a suspected security issue, email hello@lunarcreativeco.com with a clear description and enough detail for us to investigate. Please do not include full card numbers, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive information in email.
