Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Lunar Design LLC ("Lunar Design," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit lunarcreativeco.com, contact us, submit a project intake, request a quote, or work with us on design services.
02
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, company or brand name, project notes, budget range, timeline, service preferences, links, files, feedback, and other materials needed to scope or deliver design work.
If you become a client, we may keep administrative records related to quotes, invoices, payments, project milestones, revisions, approvals, tax and accounting requirements, and customer support.
- We do not ask for or store full card numbers on this website.
- Basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages visited, and timestamps, may be collected through hosting logs or security tools to operate and protect the site.
- Termly, our consent-management provider, may process and store consent choices, consent identifiers, timestamps, browser or device details, approximate location, and Global Privacy Control signals to operate the banner, preference center, and consent records.
- We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless you choose to include it in project materials or messages.
03
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and scopes, communicate about projects, deliver design services, manage revisions and handoffs, send invoices or receipts, maintain business records, prevent misuse, protect the website, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.
If we send marketing or portfolio updates, we will do so only where permitted by law and you may opt out of those messages.
04
Legal bases for processing
Where privacy laws require a legal basis, we process information as needed to take steps before entering into a contract, perform a contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate business interests such as site security and client communication, or based on your consent where consent is required. Optional analytics, functional tools, and marketing technologies follow the cookie choices saved for your browser.
05
How we share information
We do not sell personal information for money. We disclose information as needed to service providers that help us operate the website and communicate with you. Current website providers include Cloudflare for hosting, security, inquiry storage, and short-lived abuse-prevention counters; Resend for inquiry notifications; Migadu for inbound business email and forwarding; Termly for consent management; and tawk.to for optional support chat after Performance consent. We may also use file storage, invoicing, accounting, and professional advisers when needed for a project.
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, government request, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, sale, or reorganization.
06
Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses Termly's consent-management platform and Auto Blocker. Necessary technologies support page delivery, security, forms, and consent management. Optional Performance and Functionality, Analytics and Customization, Advertising, and Social Networking technologies remain blocked until the applicable Termly choice allows them.
The tawk.to support-chat loader is assigned to Performance and Functionality and does not run before that choice is enabled. You can reopen Termly's preference center through Cookie Settings in the footer to withdraw or change optional choices.
07
Retention
We keep inquiry and project information for as long as needed to respond, scope and deliver services, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. We may keep invoices and related business records for the period required by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely archive it.
08
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including limiting access to project information and using secure service providers where appropriate. No website, email, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
09
Your privacy choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing us. You may also ask us to stop using your information for non-essential communications. Cookie Settings lets you manage the optional categories currently offered by Termly. We may need to keep certain information where required for legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, security, or contractual reasons.
10
EEA, UK, and California rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. California residents may also request information about categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and categories of recipients, and may exercise rights without discrimination.
We do not sell personal information for money and do not currently run advertising pixels, retargeting, or cross-context behavioral advertising on this website. Termly receives browser privacy signals where supported. To make a privacy request or ask how a signal was handled, contact us using the details below. We may verify your request before responding.
